the initial consultation

We believe that your tech should make your life better. Good tech just works - it doesn't frustrate you and it's easy to use. Technology should enhance your lifestyle and give you time back to focus on whatever matters most to you.

Most of our clients call us because they are in crisis - something isn't working, whether it's a computer that won't boot up or a network that's too slow. Our job is to relieve that pain.

Much like a doctor may run a panel of tests and make all-new recommendations when you first visit, we want to understand your full tech landscape and determine how you got here. We'll make a diagnosis, then recommend the best course of action to move you forward toward your tech goals. We call this "getting to stasis."

Once we've achieved stasis, we'll partner to establish an ongoing plan to keep you there. We find this is usually best accomplished through our Tailored Tech plan - an all-inclusive maintenance plan tailored to your needs.

Here's our approach to getting you there:

We get to

know you.

Unlike most IT professionals, we believe in the importance of relationship. We believe that the tech should reflect the person. We want to understand how you spend your time and what's important to you in your day-to-day. This gives us the right foundation to find the best solutions for you, your family, or your business.

We'll have access to your sensitive data and be a presence in your home. We want to earn your trust.

We talk about your current tech.

Now that we understand you, we want to understand your tech. We'll visit with you about what's working, what's not working, and what could work better. We'll ask a lot of questions to uncover not only what brought you to us, but also any underlying factors that are contributing to the root issues with your tech.

We identify your     tech goals.

Taking all the information we've discussed into account, we'll figure out where we ultimately want to go. We'll make a plan to make your tech work for you and relieve any technological pain points. At this point, we'll determine time-frames, budget, and any other factors to get you to stasis and keep you there.
