Our process

No one wants to sift through the choices at a big box store or major online retailer. It can feel like throwing darts at a board and hoping for a bulls-eye.

Let us curate the options for you.

We take the time to understand your lifestyle, your priorities, your technological needs, and your budget. We take the guesswork out of the decisions.
 

Our process is simple:

 

  • Onsite meeting - We meet with you onsite in your home or office and visit with you about how you use your tech. Based on our initial consultation, we set goals for your tech and make a plan of action. Read more about your initial consultation here.

  • Select your tech - Once we leave, we make selections on new technology, partner with our subcontractors to start scheduling any installations, and put together an estimate.

  • Approve the estimate - We send the estimate to you for your review and discuss  any questions or changes.

  • Order your product - Once you approve your estimate, we order your products. You sit back and relax!

  • Install your tech - When your products arrive, we schedule your installation day(s). We come onsite along with any contractors to install your new devices and set up your tech space.

  • Get comfortable with your tech - After your installation is complete, we'll give you tutorials as needed on using you new products. We want you to be absolutely comfortable using your custom tailored tech.

  • Ongoing support  - We're also available for support after your installation. We even have a monthly all-inclusive plan available to keep things simple and budget-friendly. Read more about the Tailored Tech Plan here.
