• Monthly updates of your computers and check-ins on your devices and systems

• Annual upgrade and set up of cell phones according to your contract with your provider

• Negotiation on your behalf with service providers to guarantee the lowest pricing and best plan selection (cell phone plans, internet service providers, etc)

• Troubleshoot and answer questions over the phone as needed

• Provide remote or onsite support when issues arise

• Installation of new software as needed
